By participating in this choir program, children can gain numerous significant benefits across multiple developmental domains:
Musical and Cognitive Development

Program Academic Support Component
Mandatory Tutoring and Reading Session

Key Details:
•    Duration: First 45 minutes of each program session
•    Status: Mandatory requirement
•    Not optional for participants

Participation in the 45-minute academic session is compulsory and fundamental to the program's educational philosophy.

Expectations for Behavior and Parental Support

Our choral program requires active participation and focused engagement from young singers. We maintain high standards of conduct during rehearsals to ensure a productive learning environment.
Key Principles:
•    Singers are expected to demonstrate maturity and self-control
•    Attentive listening and participation are essential
•    Parents may be required to provide additional support if a child struggles with behavioral expectations

Participation Requirements:
1.    Children must demonstrate the ability to:
•    Follow instructions
•    Remain focused during rehearsals
•    Respect the group's learning process
2.    Parental Involvement:
•    If a child has difficulty maintaining appropriate behavior, parents may be asked to:
•    Attend rehearsals
•    Provide direct supervision
•    Work with the instructor to improve the child's conduct
Potential Outcomes:
•    Continued behavioral challenges may result in the child being asked to leave the program
•    Our goal is to maintain a positive, productive learning environment for all participants.

Arrival and Pick-Up Expectations
Punctuality is crucial for the success of our program and the respect of everyone involved. 

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Arrival Time:
•    Ensure your child arrives on time for each rehearsal
•    Punctuality allows for:
•    Smooth start of activities
•    Equal learning opportunities for all children
•    Maintaining the quality and flow of rehearsals
Pick-Up Time:
•    Be prompt when collecting your child after rehearsals
•    Timely pick-ups:
•    Respect the instructor's personal time and schedule
•    Allow for proper closure of each session
Late Policy:
•    Grace period: 15 minutes after scheduled end time
•    Late fee: $5 per minute beyond the grace period
•    Payment due: Before the next rehearsal

Alternative Pick-Up Arrangements:
•    If a drop-off to a designated area is necessary:
•    A $15 driver's charge applies
•    Payment required before drop-off occurs
•    A payment link will be provided

We value mutual respect and appreciate your cooperation in managing our shared time effectively. These policies ensure a positive experience for all participants and staff.

Respect Others: Respect Others: We will not tolerate disrespect from any of our participants. We build moral character by teaching young people to see the inherent worth in every person, grounded in biblical principles of unconditional love, respect, and compassion that transcend differences. We create a holistic space where individuals can grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally.


Profane Language: Any type of foul language will NOT be tolerated.

Communication: 
The choir will utilize multiple communication platforms to ensure effective and transparent information sharing.

Primary Communication Methods:
•    Phone calls
•    Email
•    Official website
•    WhatsApp group chat
All parents and age-appropriate participants must download WhatsApp. This platform will serve as a primary group communication tool.

The communication channels will be used to:
•    Provide program updates
•    Discuss challenges
•    Celebrate accomplishments
•    Share group goals
•    Address participant and parent questions


Meetings:
Minimum of monthly meetings will be conducted
Meetings provide opportunity for direct dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
Communication Philosophy
"Everything is worth a conversation" 

Financial Commitment: Monthly Dues:
There is a registration fee of $75 and monthly dues of $25 per participant. Dues are non-refundable. You will have 15 days to request a refund for registration minus fees we accumulated for processing.
For parents with more than 1 child participating there is a 15% discount on the registration.

Payment Expectations
•    Payments must be submitted by the specified due date
•    Timely financial transactions are required to maintain active service

Consequences of Non-Payment
If payment is not received by the scheduled deadline, the following actions will occur:
•    Service suspension will be implemented
•    Access to provided services will be automatically discontinued
•    Restoration of services will require full payment of outstanding balance

Recommended Actions
To ensure uninterrupted service:
•    Submit payments before the due date
•    Set up automatic payment reminders
•    Contact billing department if experiencing payment difficulties

 

Important Note
Consistent and punctual payment is critical to maintaining uninterrupted service access.

Professional Commitment
•    Punctuality: I will be on time and prepared for every session

Musical Education
•    Voice training: Group instruction and personal training (for an additional fee)
•    Music appreciation: Exposure to various Christian-based music styles (gospel, contemporary, jazz)
•    Enthusiasm: A passion for music and excitement about working with youth
Communication and Transparency
•    Timely notifications: Advanced notice of changes, updates, performances, and trips
•    Regular meetings: Monthly gatherings to discuss progress, address concerns, and set future goals
•    Open communication: Availability via text or email for ongoing parent contact
Program Structure
•    Academic support: 45-minute mandatory tutoring and reading session at the start of each program
•    Focused rehearsals: Maintaining high standards of conduct and engagement
•    Practice guidance: Providing musical selections and techniques for at-home practice

Our commitment to providing an excellent musical education necessitates that our policies remain adaptable. Please be aware that the following aspects of our program are subject to modification:

•    We reserve the right to modify, revise, or update policies

•    Teaching methods and curriculum may evolve
•    Rehearsal schedules could be adjusted
•    Performance opportunities may be added or altered

3.     Music Requirements
•    Repertoire selections may change
•    Practice expectations might be updated
•    Instrument or equipment needs could be revised

4.     Financial Obligations
•    Fee structures may be reassessed
•    Payment schedules could be modified
•    Additional costs for special events may arise
